ReplyIRC end of year updates

ReplyIRC has made a short announcement dubbed the end of year notes which looks to announce the update of their servers, the upgrades which are planned for the 30th of December 2009 is just a case of fixing known bugs and minor tweaks.

The official announcement outlines the issues in full below is a snippet from that post:

Just would like to make a public note that the IRC servers will be updated once more come end of year 2009, to be exact right around December 30th. This is for more bug fixes as well as other tweaks to be made.

With that said, I would like to also tell you that much of our more senior support staff are now being upgraded to IRC Operator status. In addition, all current server staff will be getting promoted to an IRC Administrator. Even though 'IRC Oper' and 'IRC Admin' are essentially the same here ;-), just under a different title.
