InspIRCd 1.2.4 Released

danieldg has followed up the release of InspIRCd 2.0 beta 2 with a quick release for the stable branch, the release announcement is quite small but it looks to fix a crash on netsplits under specific circumstances and has been seemingly painful to reproduce but has since been accomplished and of course fixed.

The announcement goes on to say the following(snippet):
A quick release this time, fixing a crash on certain netsplits that had been difficult to reproduce on test servers. Thanks to chazzy_potter for confirming the fix.
